• Supporting IT engineers in their day-to-day tasks.
• Operation of components and applications based on defined process
• documents and standards.
• Creation of training materials and implementation for users and IT
• colleagues.
• Collaboration in the field of Mobile Device Management.
• Execution of project tasks within the department.
• Work on coordinated improvement projects.
• Operation and maintenance of the ElringKlinger USB mass storage
• management system.
• Development and implementation of summits, presentations, audits.
• Processing and Resolution of Tickets and Demands in ITSM.
• Creation and editing of factsheets in the Enterprise Architecture.
• Management used (e.g. maintenance of software runtime, license
• information, business criticality) .

• Multinational industrial company.|Located in Tarragona.
• Vocational training or studies in (business) informatics, industrial
• engineering or comparable training in the IT environment or a
• comparable qualification in connection with several years of IT
• professional experience in the Client Management environment
• First experience with Azure, Intune and Powershell
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team, high flexibility, initiative and motivation.
• Customer- and goal-oriented as well as solution-oriented way of
• working.
