• You will be responsible for finding solutions to our customers´ requests around our software solution, which is installed at several other blue-light customers around the world.
• You are passionate about solving problems and offering high-class service.
• You have customer-related contact daily where you run ongoing technical support issues as well as complex analyses and troubleshooting.

• Career growth |personal development

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer engineer or similar

- Knowledge in IT, communication systems or similar

- Experience of working on #Windows and Linux platforms and experience with #SQLServer, Active Directory is preferable.

- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.

- English fluent (International Project)
