The Senior Project Leader will have the following responsibilities:
• Prepare the technical planning of the assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company.
• In collaboration with the head of the department, prepare the budgets of the projects and define the technical and human needs to achieve the technical and economic goals.
• Guarantee the feasibility and technical quality of the proposed solutions.
• Coordinate and carry out the start-up of the production process of the products.
• Investigate and develop improvements regarding technical characteristics, quality and costs.
• Define the purchase specifications and approve the suppliers until the product is transferred to production, setting the guidelines for subsequent supply purchases.

The Senior Project Leader must meet the following requirements:
• Degree in industrial / mechanical / biotech engineering.
• Experience in 2D and 3D design tools.
• English Advanced level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D Departments in Medical Devices company or automotive sector.
• High capacity for multidisciplinary work, analytical skills, creativity, integrity, teamwork and communication skills.

Medical Device company dedicated to design, manufacture, production and marketing of medical devices is looking for a Project Leader for the R&D Department, located in the province of Barcelona. The objective of the position is to lead and develop a product in all its phases, from specifications to registration for sale.
