• Coordinate with the producers and creatives of the different agencies of the network the quality and delivery times of the materials.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring assigned accounts and projects, as well as maintenance and sales of new services to the client.
• Work with the team on a daily basis to report on project requirements, ensure that the quality control process is followed at every stage, check progress and ensure both internal and client deadlines are met.
• Identify bottlenecks in resources or workflow and immediately develop a recommended resolution.
• Proactively manage changes to project scope, while identifying potential risks.
• Proactively escalate potential issues before they affect timelines/budgets.
• Coordinating departments relevant to project success to facilitate project work and delivery.

• Fluent English is a must (minimum C1 level)|At least 7 years of experience in project management within agencies

A successful Senior Digital Project Manager should have:
• Deep knowledge of digital production areas in terms of origination and localization on ecommerce and social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Sizmek, Double click, Marketplaces and different automation and AI solutions.
• Proactive with a can do attitude and solution focused
• Well organized and efficient, and a demonstrated attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects / tasks at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools and software (Microsoft Teams, MIRO, Slack and Trello).
• An enthusiastic team player
• Strong written and verbal communication
• C1 Level English (comfortable to hold daily communications via email and phone). French will be a plus.
