From Hays, we are collaborating with a leading telecommunications company in Europe and the US in the opening of their new technological Hub in Valencia. They are expanding the team looking for experienced Solution Architect to join an international team.

Your new responsibilities:
- You will develop teams and help them to develop the agile mindset.
- You will lead the agile transformation.
- You will promote the continuous optimization of team processes and offer support in implementation, even across team boundaries.
- You live the agile values and principles.
- You will promote transparency and help to stablish feedback culture.

What you´ll bring:
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience with IT/Telecom projects
- Broad understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, among others)
- Experience with IT technologies
- Advanced English
- German and Spanish will be a plus. Your new benefits:
