Responsibilities
- Engage with business leaders and users on process, services and software changes to improve efficiencies and add value;
- Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements;
- Work on developing custom applications for the Frontiers digital portfolio;
- Work with users to get feedback on current Salesforce solutions and with stakeholders and IT to get approval on requirements;
- Articulate new ideas and balance them against what’s technologically feasible, financially and functionally reasonable;
- Defines the requirements for the solution and acts as a champion for proposing Salesforce OOB (out of the box) solutions that address complex business logic requirements;
- Pull, analyze and report data trends, and share them with technical and business stakeholders to guide decision-making and drive change initiatives;
- Use Salesforce reports to identify business gaps and data inconsistencies;
- Advise Salesforce users on SF best practices;
- Keep up to date with SF new releases and identify areas of improvements to the Frontiers CRM system.
- Design and create the documentation required for development purposes (user stories, detailed information, suggestions for solutions)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems;
- Experience in Salesforce projects, with demonstrable deliveries;
- Understand the Salesforce business model, at ease with performing basic configuration tasks, user set up and building complex reports and dashboards;
- Experience with Salesforce integrations with external applications;
- Experience with Campaign concepts in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, management and success measurements;
- Experience with drawing data and process flows;
- Experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states;
- Ability to design and deliver a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
