Your mission (if you accept it) 🏅:

- Overseeing the life cycle of each project from conception to delivery
- Create and implement technology strategies
- Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility and scalability
- Working cross-functionally with all technology and business teams to understand their needs and provide the best solution from a technological point of view
- Carry out daily planning for the achievement of objectives
- Work on the strategy of new projects and evolve existing technology
- Recruit, onboard and train new Tech resources
- Ensure the best coding practices are applied by all team members

You are in the right place if you have the following:

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Team Lead or similar role
- Proficiency in PHP 7 & 8, Symfony 4+, Wordpress, MySQL, Golang, MongoDB, React Native, JavaScript, Laravel, and Linux servers
- Experience with cloud services such as Digital Ocean or similar, and containerization tools like Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Github
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like CircleCI
- Knowledge of asset management using S3 Buckets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude and team player
- Fluent English
- Based in or near European timezone (not in America or Asia)
- Optional: Spanish or French speaking
