• System Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Examinations: Help in the preparation and conduct of examinations, ensuring smooth operations and technical support as needed.
• Purchases: Assess the adequacy of platforms and hardware and make purchases within an allocated budget.
• Communication with systems´ providers.

• International School.|Located in Barcelona.
• Education: Formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
• Technical Skills: Windows and iOS environments, hardware troubleshooting, familiarity with Visual Learning Environment Platforms, CRM, ERP and/or Online Assessment Platforms would be advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with users and document procedures in a multi-cultural and collaborative environment.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to the evolving needs of IT systems, particularly those related to education-specific platforms
