Role tasks

• Close alignment with all project manager and owner (IT and business)
• Create and communicate the holistic view on all initiatives including their interdependencies
• Identify deviations from the plan (time, scope, resources and quality), communicate those deviations and align possible solutions with all stakeholders
• Ensure and challenge scope definitions for the IT, to ensure that the IT understand the business needs correct
• Creates overarching reports to the stakeholders
• Identify, analyze and monitor risks and interdependencies
• Define and drive processes within company portfolio community

Align new demands with the current project portfolio and the given overall project budget to ensure the delivery of the most business value driven projects

Main Interaction with other Roles
• Project manager (IT and business)
• IT controlling
• IT region, market and cluster leads

Company Portfolio Community
• International Industrial Company|Global enviroment - English fluent is a must.
• Already experiences in active portfolio management and project management
• A driving personality with the ability to motivate others and paying attention to the end goal while considering the different perspectives
• Perseverance and assertiveness
• Analytic and structured working mode
• Communicative and proactive behavior
• Stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
