• Reporting to the company´s CFO, the selected individual will have the following responsibilities:
• Improvement of IT processes with a cross-functional view of business and technological aspects, including IT infrastructure, data, BI, ERP & CRM, and cybersecurity.
• Managing IT demands from various business areas and providing constructive responses to different IT process needs.
• Maintaining constant and smooth communication with external partners for the development of the best technological solutions.
• Analyzing the technological stack, providing advice, and improving it in alignment with the company´s strategy.
• Working under a model of excellence.

• Higher education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technological transformation from a Consulting and/or end-client perspective.
• Essential proficiency in English at an Advanced level (C1), with demonstrable conversational skills for international relations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. We are looking for an optimistic and proactive individual who adds value and can provide effective solutions in all situations.
• Teamwork. It is an interdisciplinary environment where teamwork takes precedence over individual work.
• Commitment. Self-responsibility for the tasks of the position is a clear value of the company.
• This position don´t have direct team, will work with external partners.

We have initiated a process for a Family Office in the center of Barcelona, and we are looking for an IT Manager who will serve as a Business Partner and a focal point for the company´s technology strategy. We aim to emphasize, beyond the technical aspects of the profile, the interest in finding an individual who adds value to the organization.
