• Develop, implement and support the IT infrastructure standards and procedures.
• Manage and lead the systems team (+5).
• Responsible for Global Infrastructure environment, acting as L2/L3 team, establishing the requirements and supporting their implementation. This will include working closely with suppliers and undertaking investigations and diagnosing performance and service related issues, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed.
• Ensure high levels of system performance and security.
• Create, develop, and monitor Key Performance and Risk Indicators.
• Plan and execute system updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.
• Definition and implementation of global and local ICT policies.
• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordination of the design and implementation of global ICT Projects.
• Main domains in scope: infrastructure host, end of life, patch, monitoring, modern workplace, backup management, as well as ticketing tool development.

A successful Infrastructure Manager should have:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• A 5 years´ strong experience as a Infrastructure Manager and as a team manager.
• Ability to manage and lead teams.
• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft office, O365.
• Problem-solving aptitude with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Desirable:
• Experience with Azure in the Cloud.
• Experience in Group Policy management and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience in Chemical Sector.
