Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Tracking and fully documenting request problem-solving process
• Coordinating with the technical team to resolve advanced issues
• Preparing and presenting reports on help desk performance
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service

• You will work for an important multinational company in the industrial sector.|Company in full digital transformation at a global level based in Granada.

A successful Help Desk professional should have:
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• High level of English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
