A successful Help Desk professional should have:
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• High level of English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
