Reporting directly to the CMO the professional must:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
• Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy for our restaurants, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and optimized processes.
• Track sales and traffic at regional and restaurant levels, providing solutions to deviations and identifying local opportunities.
• Lead a team of 4-5 individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Update processes to ensure smooth execution across the organization, leveraging technological solutions.
• Own the platform for communication with restaurants, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of restaurant operations and customer experience to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives.
• Ensure best-in-class activation for restaurants, with a focus on perfect execution and development of implementation guidelines.
• Develop innovative solutions to explore new market opportunities.
• Define partner agencies, processes, and ways of working with peers and suppliers.
• Understand competitive activities to develop winning market plans.
• Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact and results.


Collaboration:
• Analyze business metrics to continuously improve promotions and activations.
• Contribute to the digital transformation agenda by building a superior value proposition in restaurants.
• Develop local activations to capitalize on regional festivities or key milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including communication, operations, sales, CRM, CX, home delivery, and agencies.

• Experience on trade marketing on trade (horeca) business on QSR or beverages| Experience in leading decentralized trade marketing teams
• Bachelor´s and/or master´s degree ideally on business or marketing.
• 10 years experience on trade marketing area being responsible of on trade (horeca) business on QSR or beverages industries.
• Digital capabilities desirable
• Strong communication, managerial and analytic skills,
