The selected candidate will report to the Marketing Director and will manage a team. The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Generate information on consumer & customer trends and behaviour, competitive activity, as well as performance of the communications and brands.
• Monitor and analyze Market trends for the Iberia markets including research consumer and industry inputs.
• Identify, analyze, and interpreting market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
• Manage a team of data and insights experts and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and goals.
• Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to the company´s brand image and values.
• Presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.

• Head of Strategic Insights - Fluent in English|Consumer goods multinational company

A successful Head of Strategic Insights should have:
• A strong educational background in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior insights role within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
