• Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of product managers, designers, and developers, and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure product success.
• Product Roadmap: Creating and managing a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Product Development: Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• SaaS Startup in Barcelona|Searching for Head of Product
• Proven prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in SAAS product development.
• Experienceinleadingproductdevelopmentteamsandmanagingtheentireproductlifecycle.
• Deepknowledgeofagilemethodologiesandproductdevelopmentpractices.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
