• Evaluate algorithmic systems and their impacts and recommend adjustments & best practices to mitigate biases.
• Prepare and plan algorithmic audits scheduling deliverables, resource allocation and reaching maximum quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audit fieldwork in accordance with department standards, directly supervising, Audit team members.
• Coach and lead other auditors.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to continue to develop our methodology and product.
• Perform analyses on a variety of data with an eye for new direction of research and dissemination. Help design and plan the impact actions that stem from our audits.
• Work in multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and multiple stakeholders while retaining scientific quality and respecting set deadlines and company & client standards.
• Work with our Business Development team to identify auditing opportunities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, proactivity, and growth within your team.
• Maintain a portfolio of audit clients.

• IT Services and IT Consulting|Algorithms - Audit - Team Leader - Data Scientist - Python
• 5-8 years of experience conducting algorithmic audits or impact assessments with a sociotechnical approach.
• Ability to read, speak and write fluently in English and (preferably) Spanish.
• Strong skills in project management and reporting.
• Being collaborative and a strong team leader. Taking and giving constructive feedback and being attentive to the needs and potential of your team.
• Adeptness in thinking critically and communicating clearly, especially when relaying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Have experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and methodology development.
