• Coordinate the execution of the national calendar plan (innovations, promotions, tests, price changes) at point of sale and digital touchpoints (kiosks, website, app).
• Define and manage visibility at each POS touch point & develop production plans to meet activation timings.
• Coordinate every stakeholder involved in campaign activation at POS: agencies, franchisees, restaurant teams & calendar department.
• Manage and give answer to comms requests made by franchisee
• Give support in the execution of creative campaigns: coordination of shootings, feedback monitoring, asset distribution and adaptations to different formats.
• PR: provide information required by the team (campaigns + corporate), supervision of creative submissions, support in the development and execution of PR plans (new openings, RSC, new campaigns, etc.).

The ideal candidate for this position is a well-organized, resourceful, self-starter who is detail-oriented, has excellent communications skills, the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional, agencies, and franchisees teams.
• Bachelor´s or master´s degree in marketing, business or communications
• Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar positions preferred: Brand/Trade Marketing teams or agency Account Executive position.
• Detail-oriented & well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from inception through completion within specified timelines.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Operations, Development, Franchisees, Digital, IT, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Curiosity and
• Fluent in
• C1 English

One year temporary contract.

Annual salary 25.000€ to 27.000€
