The key responsabilities will be:
• Digital Owned Media Lead: Spearhead the strategy and execution of digital owned media initiatives, serving as the focal point for coordinating, and executing digital owned media campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
• Marketing Calendar SPOC: Collaborate with various teams to synchronize and integrate the Marketing Calendar across diverse markets and channels, with a specific emphasis on European markets.
• CRM Strategy : Together with the Ecommerce Team, take charge of CRM planning, utilizing the Customer Database Platform (CDP) to design and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
• Customer Journey Development: Define and refine diverse customer journeys within the CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives to elevate consumer experiences and loyalty programs.
• Newsletter Strategy Management: Coordinate the design and implementation of newsletter strategies, ensuring they align seamlessly with CRM initiatives, aiming to optimize customer engagement and retention.
• Website Management: Execute and oversee Digital Branding Operations to maintain a unified brand image and seamless user experience across various digital owned media platforms.
• Multichannel Messaging Coordination: Coordinate Copywriting and Translation efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across diverse languages and markets, tailored specifically for digital owned media.
• Live Shopping and Campaign Activation: Lead Live Shopping initiatives and execute comprehensive brand and consumer activations on digital platforms, leveraging the expertise in digital owned media strategies. Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, PR & Content teams for effective campaigns tailored to digital platforms.
• Website Branding, CRM, and Membership initiatives|Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager
We are lookig for this background:
• Digital native.
• You have a master´s degree (preferably in Business Economics or Marketing management, or other relevant domain) or equal through experience.
• Languages: You are fluent in English and Spanish (knowledge of Catalan is a plus).
• You have a first relevant experience, preferably in CRM (experience in fashion or luxury industry is considered as a plus).
• You are a team player. You have great communication skills & are a real relationship builder
• You are passionate about fashion that make a difference in women´s lives.
• You are a creative soul with a commercial mind: you get a kick out of seeing the positive impact of your campaigns on sales.
• You have an analytical mindset.
