Your new role

In this role you will identify and implement projects aimed at increasing end user adoption and ease of use of our Core Workday Modules. The scope of the position requires deep knowledge of the Workday platform and the ability to build trusted relationships with HR and our Divisional Leaders to translate business requirements into viable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify HR processes that can be upgraded or automated. Take ownership of configuration and co-ordination of testing and deployment of regional enhancements.
- Co-ordinate end of year HRIS activities for the EMEA region.
- Support/provide input to develop the HRIS road map, change control processes and incident management frameworks to ensure Regional needs are considered.
- Promote and utilise Workday to the best of its functional ability ensuring that key features are adopted by the business and apply regional customisations where required.
- Bring a solution driven approach to a changing environment, using Workday functionality to create simple, yet robust processes to drive consistency across the system.
- Provide technical content to support the development of materials to effectively train end-users on how to use Workday.
- Be an advocate for Workday being the single source of truth in respect to Employee data and continually seeks ways in which it can be optimised / enhanced


Job requirements

- Functional knowledge in key HR competencies and processes such as compensation, performance management, recruiting, learning & development, and an awareness of regional legislation.
- Experience in understanding and implementing WD functionalities
- Knows how to successfully manage local needs and provide feasible solutions.
- Apply creativity, curiosity and tact to challenges and opportunities, being tenacious to see them through and working through any reluctance to change
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes and generate clear and concise requirements to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Teamwork driven, results oriented and used to work towards objectives.
