We are in need of a VP of Commercial Sales to develop and inspire a team of Account Executives who are tasked with generating growth in the Commercial space. The role is focused on rapidly building the business while coaching and developing talent in our sales team.

Our goal is to create an organization of smart and ambitious Account Executives committed to our mission and focused on winning. The team will be in charge of developing business mainly but not strictly in the EU.

Previous management experience is important, we´d also like to see a great sales track record, ideally in a high volume SaaS environment in companies with similar size and type (AKA: Scale-Up)

Your new role:

- Coach and develop your team of Account Executives
- Hire the best people in the market
- Work with the team to exceed sales targets
- Ensure forecast accuracy
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities
- Develop and nurture a network of internal stakeholders
- Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance

Skills and experience:


- Deep understanding and experience of selling SaaS tech products
- Strong track record of quota-carrying sales experience as a sales executive and manager
- Coaching experience and talent management capabilities
- Demonstrable knowledge of budgeting, and forecasting
- Fluent English is a must and any other European languages are nice to have
