• Develop the Trade Marketing Plan aligned with portfolio priorities, brand guidelines and channel priorities with a deep understanding of B-F growth framework.
• Be the "transmission belt" of marketing with the commercial team in order to connect brand proposals in customer´s environment to win in the POP/POC.
• Actively participate in the Commercial & Marketing agenda both at Spanish & European level and be the Champion of Shopper Marketing in Spain.
• Special attention to champion the On trade for BF Spain with a hands on approach, leading the strategy as well as looking after the operational in a very dynamic environment.
• Lead and develop the team in a collaborative working environment.
• Define, strategize and execute the annual trade plan with an omnichannel approach at strategic & tactical level, setting the kip´s & planning in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales team.
• Be accountable for the On trade channel with the support of the Senior On Trade Specialist leading the implementation of the new segmentation, picture of success & platforms to strengthen our competitive positions in the market.
• Leverage Advocacy as a strategic tool to educate, inspire, influence & engage both externally and internally
• Lead the Comite de Ventas & Marketing, support the S&OP, and strengthen the operational monthly business in order to improve the planning process.
• Continuous external & internal evaluation & competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay flexible to adapt the plans when necessary.
• Curious mindset, eager to test / learn / correct, scale up, willing to have flawless excellent execution.
• Fewer, bigger & better approach with strong focus on prioritization around key projects and must win battles that really maximize business impact.
• Budget allocation & tracking.

• Develop the Trade Marketing Plan of a multinational top spirits company|Work with amazing brands such as Jack Daniel´s, Herradura and Woodford Reserve
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or another related field
• At least 8 years commercial experience (operational marketing, category manager, sales or trade marketing) of which:
• At least 5 years of On Trade marketing experience in Spirits, Beer/Wines or Beverages industry with a strong focus on On trade environment.
• Previous experience + 3 years in Off trade
• Strong experience in people management with a proximity approach willing to provide coaching & feedback to be able to people and team development.
• Experience in C&C and E-commerce environments as a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel, Financial / ERP System - SAP or similar)
• Multinational experience is preferred
• Analytical & insights driven mindset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the country up to 25% of the time.
