- Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability - Ability to train agents in sales and telephony usage skills - Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed - Experience with CRM databases and predictive dialers - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - University degree. - More than 5-7 years of experience in senior Tele-Sales positions, in the IT/Telco industry (B 2 B). - 3 years+ management experience in related capacity - Prior sales experience - Very good understanding of the telemarketing mechanics - Experience in international management responsibilities - Speaks fluent English. Other European language is a plus. - As a plus, Master in Business Administration.

Role Purpose - Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone - Identify potential target areas - Identify sales blitz opportunities - Provide continuous reporting on sales achieved - Help with market research when necessary - Help with competitor research when necessary
Key Accountabilities - Work hand-in-hand with others Managers to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers - Update all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts - Update the CRM with lead information - Track changes on leads - Input and update information on customer conversations - Hand over the contract and all necessary information to the market manager - Help with up-selling opportunities when new products are being released - Oversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals - Manage daily operations including scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines - Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives - Where necessary, take required corrective/developmental action to remedy deficiencies - Provide detailed and accurate sales reports and forecasting - Work with direct reports to maintain excellent service level, monitor performance and ensure employee performance meets established metrics and benchmarks - Implement, review, update policies and procedures - Develop and coordinate telesales selling cycle and methodology - Develop and implement business tactics to support organizational strategies and goals
