Your new company:

A software company (financial sector) based in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Writer to join their dynamic and ambitious team in the city centre of Barcelona. The team, in full scale mode, has already + 40 clients in +15 countries. This is a full-time hybrid role (2 days in remote) for a Documentalista Manager / Technical Writer position. You will report to the Commercial Director.



The ideal profile: We are looking for an experienced technical writer to create a new era on the management of the company´s documentalista. You will join a company with 20 years of technological maturity and a significant existing documentation base:

- Implementation of best practices and processes in documentation management, in terms of standardization, structuring, and hierarchy of information, to provide a comprehensive documentation base that meets the content needs across the company´s technical, commercial, and marketing departments. Capable of working with cross-functional teams to provide solutions (IT department among others).

- Documentation strategy development: manage the documentation architecture based on the characteristics of the products, and target audiences. Implementation of best practices. You will become a reference on the field for the team!- Documentation creation and maintenance: write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Technical content production and creation: generate use cases based documentation to explain, instruct, and guide in the successful use of the products. Including guides and how-to documents, FAQ, datasheets, that will be part of communication actions directed to the customer base.
