PUSHTech is hiring a Technical Support Engineer located in European Time Zones. A person who concentrates on looking at problem situations with different perspectives until finding the solution, workarounds or different solutions to a problem. Will be responsible to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. Working with a SAAS platform.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions or workarounds to SAAS platform issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate developer team.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customer success team or directly to customers.
- Refer to databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
-Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Following procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate developer teams.


Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the SAAS platform.
- Hands on experience with technologies:
- Ruby, Ruby on rails, (required)
- ElasticSearch, MongoDB, PHP/Java, NodeJS, HTML, JavaScript and CSS (useful)
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk, Jira).
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

Salary
- All positions have a 3 years salary plan related to each person´s roles and responsibilities.
- The Technical Support Engineer position will receive a competitive salary including bonuses and benefits depending on their location and seniority.
