Our client is in a full international expansion.
They are creating a team in Barcelona and that is why they need to incorporate a technician to give support to the different clients they have in Spain, solving their requests in an efficient manner, providing pertinent & efficient advises and increase their loyalty.
The infrastructure is one hundred per cent own. As for the main objective, it is to expand around the world and specifically to the Spanish-speaking countries, Barcelona. The company currently has 20,000 customers.
The main task will be:
* Receive incoming calls and e-mails (through specific ticketing platform) in a professional way.
* Solve customer requests and issues and answer to technical objections raised by the client in an efficient way thanks to his Web hosting and domain names experience. Monitor the average time to solve these demands.
* Interface between Clients meet or posing difficulties and internal services of the company.
* Information to customers of planned activities and/or incidents directly affecting them.
* Customers complaints resolution and monitoring social media reputation in Spain.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information and application of procedures affecting client profiles and post sales customers relationship.
* Help the customer to get on board and during products ordering processes, billing and other platform understanding issues.
* Establishment of customers documentation and FAQ in Spanish, explaining the procedures to the customers and the forms required to handle customers requests in a fast and efficient process.
* Support the Sales and country manager to increase customer base.
