At SIXHUNTERS, we are seeking for an Technical IT Support Analyst for an international food business.

TASKS
To be a central point of contact for all IT infrastructure related requests coming from the Madrid business by phone, email and via the Service Now ticketing portal.
To manage the service and support requests, to resolve tickets and/or assign tickets to the relevant European infrastructure technicians or 3rd Parties and to follow the life cycle as Owner of all requests from initial logging to close and confirmation with the customer that the request has been completed.
To act as the primary Site IT support contact, e.g. Active Directory and other systems user account management, AD and other system password resets, mobile phone setup and management, desktop OS and application support etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and server problems, diagnose and solve hardware and software incidents and problems.
Problem escalation to colleagues in other IT Teams where necessary.
Work with a variety of business and technical teams and 3rd parties to enhance IT service.
Contribute & Maintain documentation for local IT polices, processes and procedures.
Install, maintain and support new applications and services.
Work to agreed SLA thresholds for incidents, service requests and problems.
Prioritise and manage several open cases and mini projects at any one time.
Establish a good working relationship with both the company business stakeholders in Madrid and the wider Group of IT colleagues across the compnay acting as the IT link between the facility in Spain and the wider IT team.
Keep up to date with IT skills and appropriate certifications.
IT Systems monitoring and Backups.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS
University degree in IT.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the same tasks and responsibilities in the food industry or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience and knowledge of both Apple iOS and Android devices.
Experience of Malware and anti-virus technologies such as Symantec Endpoint Protection and Cisco Anti-Malware Protection (AMP).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
