About us
• JO1N is a dynamic, emerging embedded consumer finance platform that connects merchants with multiple lenders.
• We create a product that allows retailers to collaborate with banks and BNPL providers, obtaining tailored offers for financing almost any in-store or online purchase of their customers in real-time.
• The project is currently operating in Spain, the Baltic States and Central Asia with plans to expand to the Latin American region in 2024.

Responsibilities
• Lead internal projects: Frontend, Backend, integrations, and services launch
• Coordinate development process, day-to-day operational control
• Drive productivity: deliver per priorities, enhance TTM, and control resources
• Support weekly releases, handle roadmap progress, and participate in feature planning
• Interact with stakeholders, Business Analyst, Designer, and QA Team
• Partially act as System Analysis: maintain wiki, API specs, and architecture flowcharts

Qualifications
• Proven competencies in technical project management or solutions delivery
• Proficiency in modern software development: web, RESTful, microservices, Kanban
• Sufficient technical background: reading code, extensive stack knowledge
• Experience in product development companies, ideally B2B integrations with merchants and payments providers.
• Languages – C1 (work proficiency) or better: Spanish, and Russian.

Nice to have
• Experience as a developer, ideally with Java or JS
• Experience as a System Analyst
• Work permit in Spain
