We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with solid expertise in configuring and extending Dynamics CRM and/or Dynamics 365 and with knowledge of the Customer Service app. The candidate will not only have a position within the project team as well as collaborate with the client to improve the implemented product, having the opportunity to interact directly with the client and its teams.

Techinical/Development skills
• Knowledge of standard D365 CE customization capabilities, from the simple Out Of The Box (OOB) customization to advanced customization scenarios.
• Built in Customizations for CDS/ Model driven apps: Fields, View, Dashboards, Business Rules, Workflows, actions, configuration, security, Outlook integration.
• Client customizations: CRM JavaScript model (v9), WebApi, asynchronous chained operations (promises).
• Ribbon manipulation (using Ribbon Workbench).
• Server customizations: Plugins, Workflow Activities. Webhooks (good level of C#, development patterns).
• External apps using CRM Assemblies.
• Debugging and unit testing capabilities.
• MS Flow /Power Automate: Experience with CRM Connections/Triggers.
• Visual Studio : Environment knowledge, included GIT source code control.
• Work under Agile/Sprint model. Being able to respond to quick changes in the requirements. Need to work without strong specifications.
• Skill to apply SOLID standard patterns for modularity and code structuration. Strongly focused on quality, reutilization, and maintainability of the code (over performance, but without underrating it).
Backing skills
• Needs to be able to differentiate the Out Of The Box (OOB) features and what is customized in the system.
• Analytic/Diagnostic skills: All the skills necessary to quickly analyze and diagnose data in front of an incident. Be able to know where the log / trace data is in the system, export and manage with external tools like Excel, dump in SQL or other analysis systems.
• Result-oriented /Proactive: Be able to work in team but with a high level of independence, without continuous need of supervision. Needs to report without need of being chased. Lack of this should be a total stopper
• English Skills: Needs perfect reading/writing skills and a good level of speech (fluent) for continuous interlocution in English. Lack of this should be a total stopper
• Excellent FetchXML, ODAta Querying skills.
• Excellent standard SQL Querying capabilities.
• Advanced Excel level / Pivot Tables for manipulating /transforming data.
• XRM Toolbox toolbox & SDK tools (Plugin registration tool, Package Manager).
• PCF development
• Azure Development Skills: Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure WebAPI, Web Job, ML, Cognitive services
• PowerApps: Experience in Canvas Apps
• KingswaySoft SSI integration PACKAGES
• GIT deep knowledge (Standalone, not only in VS)
• PowerBI /Power Query
