SITE PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
- Analysis of gobal performance reportings on platform excellence (SEO, speed, accessibility) and follow-up with actionable action plans for webmasters to implement
- Action Plan definition & implementation of corrective tasks
- Day-to-day Site speed & tech SEO monitoring & improvement
- Accessibility & Green tech management

TAGGING PLAN MANAGEMENT
- Analysis of Global Platform development Team plan & guidelines
- Ensure tagging of new features & platform versioning
- Configuration Optimization - Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Follow-up of quality reports

SEO REFERENT/ADVISOR
- Translate Global Guidances from Global Marketing Teams (DMI) provided via "Master Site" (Content, Key words, Architecture) into local guidances to share with Webmasters team
- Design SEO Campaign "Brief" Template for Countries
- Analyze/challenge/adjust Briefs received from Countries D2C teams
- Propose customization scenario and options for D2C local sites
- Execute SEO optimization tasks on local sites
- Pilot Countries´ Sites localization with IT team
- Run technical SEO Audit
- Support D2C Success Managers & Webmasters
WEBSITES QUALITY LEAD
- Manage 360° Website Quality Control: SEO | Accessibility | Site Speed | Eco-Design
- Support ED2C IT team in project development
• 3-5 years of experience as SEO Manager|Fluent English - Professional working level

- 3-5+ years´ experience as SEO Manager
- Very good understanding of Internet technologies and interactive projects
- Advanced knowledge in analytics tools and search engines / performance tool including inspecting HTML code (Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager)
- SEO and performance optimization oriented
- Familiarity with central guidelines translations into local guidelines
- Experience with W3C and accessibility requirements
- Mobile First Oriented
- Proven track record in optimizing site performance et SEO performance for recognizable brands
- Beauty/Fashion experience is a plus
