• Act as the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in:
• SQL Database setup.
• SQL Server Maintenance.
• SQL Backup management.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Become the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in SQL Database setup / Server Maintenance / Backup management / Application Management / Powershell scripting
• Work closely with our development department on SQL topics.
Powershell scripting is an important part of the job.
• Participate in IT strategic programs
• Proactively manage the ongoing support model for the technologies under the scope of responsibility, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within the scope of responsibility.
• Create and update manuals and documentation.

• A 5 years´ strong experience in a technical support environment or field experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft office, O365.
• Good knowledge in Administration and support of Microsoft server 2016/2019 systems, Active Directory and GPO.
• Strong troubleshooting background.
• Good experience on Vmware, Microsoft Windows server environment, group policy management.
• Experience in Azure AD is a plus.
