• Act as the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in:
• Active Directory Management
• Exchange Management
• Citrix Management
• SCCM Management
• Patching of servers and computers.
• Become the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in SCCM
• Participate in strategic programs like SCCM and Group Policy management.
• Proactively manage the ongoing support model for the technologies under the scope of responsibility, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within the scope of responsibility.
• Create and update manuals and documentation.

Required:

• Bachelor´s degree in IT, technical or similar discipline.
• A 5 years´ strong experience in a technical support environment or field experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft office, O365.
• Good knowledge in Administration and support of Microsoft server 2016/2019 systems, Active Directory and GPO.
• Strong troubleshooting background.
• Good experience on VMware, Microsoft Windows server environment, group policy management
• Experience in Azure AD is a plus.
