As our Helpdesk, you will support reliable and effective use of the IT systems by end users, whether internal or external employees/customers. Activities range from managing identities and access to providing dedicated technical support to individual users.


- Installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
- Ensuring the operability of the company´s network.
- Installation, configuration and update of office and application software (MS Office, browsers, messaging, etc.).
- Backing up data (as well as its recovery, if necessary).
- Inventory of equipment, warehouse management, design of repairs, analysis of equipment characteristics for procurement planning, control of IT acquisitions.
- Responding to requests from office employees for maintenance, deployment of workstations, ensuring the operation of office equipment, granting access to information systems, commissioning and support of office information systems.

Experience Target:

Work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.
Experience in installing and configuring MS Windows operating systems at the administration level.
Experience in installing and maintaining server software.


English advanced
Knowledge of common software (MS Office, accounting software and other programs).
Knowledge of the principles of network protocols, the principles of building computer networks.
Knowledge of the PC hardware and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Knowledge of AD and Windows Server.
