* Availability for aternoon shift: from 2pm-10pm

* Proficiency level of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Have easy learning skills to become an expert of the tool
* Technical Degree or equal experience
* Ability to work in a team environment with agile methodology
* Genuinely passionate about customer success and satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with SQL databases
* Experience with some of the following stack: Javascript, CSS, HTML, NodeJS or C#
* Proactive and Team player

Will be a plus:

* Experience on mobile application Android or iOS

As part of the Support Team, you will have a great opportunity to contribute to building on our SaaS platform. Working alongside our global team you will be responsible for creating something truly amazing.

You will work with the following IT languages (but you don´t need to know all of them!!): Javascript, Mobile, .Net, Scala, Cassandra, AWS, SQL among others.

Description

You will support technical issues escalated, develop new features, debug production errors, have direct communications with clients, perform forensics analysis in the production environment, extract data from db, create maintenance scripts and more!

* Handling clients technical issues
* Help clients with customizations (JS, CSS, Plugins)
* Report, investigate and solve production bugs
* Forensic analysis of issues
* Data mining
