Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
• Writing, executing, and documenting test guides following the company’s processes.
• Executing Security tests following the company’s processes.
• Managing test environments.
• Building and managing DevOps pipelines.
Support
• Logging support tickets and interacting with customers to have all needed information.
• Reproducing issues following customers scenarios and doing a first level of investigation.
• Resolving support issues with simple to medium complexity.
• Dispatching more complex support tickets to project owners and technical leads and monitoring resolution.
