• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences or Engineering. • Advanced level of expertise in communicating in English - both verbal and written. • Minimum of two years of experience in implementing SF Modules (2 or more) in the role of configurator with at least one implementation as Module Lead. • Data Model experience in at least 4 areas of the below: o Performance Management (including Continuous Performance Management); o Development & Competency Management; o Compensation & Variable Pay (with EC for HR Core); o Employee Central (including Time Off); o Intelligent Services; o Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing; o Onboarding & Offboarding; o RBP; o Reporting; o Platform topics (Intelligent Services, Integration Centre, among others). • Implementation of SF modules at a global FMCG company.

We are now looking for a SAP HR SuccessFactors Configuration Specialist to join a global FMCG client in Barcelona, Spain. This is a permanent role directly with the end-client. THE ROLE:
You will deliver the configuration workbooks, configuration and ongoing updates and bug fixing of SuccessFactors, based on the specifications received from Global or Regional SuccessFactors project team. Additionally, you will guide and train junior resources (specialists) to do the same.
YOU WILL: • Update of SuccessFactors configuration workbook in alignment with specifications which are signed-off by the Tech Lead. • Timely update of SuccessFactors configuration in accordance to project timelines: zero defects, adherence to SAP guidelines and lower customizations. • Testing and Production Support Issues Resolution. • Train and guide junior team members on SuccessFactors configuration. • Standard Routines to document ways of working.
