As a Solution Coordinator & Technical Specialist you will:
Support coherent global IT service delivery that includes IT systems and infrastructure availability - focused on: Software Distribution (SCCM Infrastructure), Mobile Device Management and Server Based Computing (Citrix) - according to agreed predefined service descriptions and service levels. You collaborate with service providers and ensure adherence to IT security policies and guidelines.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years experience managing delivery of services in an outsourced / offshored environment, exposed to Software Distribution (SCCM Infrastructure), Mobile Device Management, Server Based Computing (Citrix)
- Strong communicator and adopt a service-oriented approach
- Experience working in an international, cross-cultural environment
- Project management experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
It would be an added bonus if you
- Have a fundamental understanding of additional solutions, such as Client Image, Software Package, Unified Communications (Skype/MS Team)
- Prince2 Certified
- Fluent in German
