• Engineer and implement highly scalable systems using best development practices and tools. We are delivering more than 600 millions requests monthly.
• Help define our development environment and communicate best development practices within the team (i.e. code reviews, testing, etc).
• Continuously monitor the quality of our systems (both engineering systems and data quality) and design ways to measure their health.
• Make sure any tech solution that you put in place is scalable, robust and resilient.
• Troubleshoot production systems when things go wrong.

• You have a good understanding of the best practices for developing software (version control, CI/CD, automation, peer-programming, documentation, testing etc.).
• Proven ability and experience developing highly structured computer programmes with Java or Python.
• You have the desire to constantly learn and see challenges as an opportunity to keep growing.
• Experience in building and maintaining systems at scale: service discovery, load balancing, secret management, dynamic request routing, circuit breakers and deployment schemes (rolling updates, canary, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, K8s, AWS cloud.
