We are searching for the most talented Software & Integration Developers to join our elite team to deliver end-to-end solutions with challenging and complex technical requirements, lead projects from concept and design, to testing and implementation. Ricston is an IT services & consulting company focusing on API-led connectivity and Enterprise Integration Solutions, primarily architected and built on MuleSoft´s Anypoint Platform™.

Our main goal is to help organisations deliver their business outcomes through technology by improving their connectivity and infrastructure in order to reduce technical debt, development costs and increase speed to market.

Key activities:
- Work across a suite of Mule applications and APIs, implementing integration solutions for various clients across different industries.
- Perform hands-on installation, development, configuration, and troubleshooting of Ricston solutions.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable integration implementation artifacts. Identify bugs and devise resolutions to these defects.
- Work alongside an expert team of senior team members, solution architects and project managers to provide the client with quality solutions to complex problems.
- Work across a varied technical stack and a variety of industries.
- Participate in an Agile delivery environment, using a scrum or kanban methodology.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Ricston assets by making significant technical contributions and contributions to success.
- Be the master of digital transformation journeys.

Do you have what it takes to join our awesome team? A perfect candidate:
- Has deep knowledge of Java and broad working experience in real-world projects.
- Has a good knowledge of either web services (working with XML) or RESTful APIs (working with JSON).
- Can demonstrate knowledge of the software development / DevOps process: waterfall and agile; and common technologies: source control, dependency management and continuous integration.
- Ideally also has working experience or at minimum good awareness of open source projects such as Mule, Spring framework, JMS, REST and SOAP (ideally with CXF) and scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript.
- Will contribute to the continued success of our organisation by having a passion for technology, ambition and drive to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Working-level proficiency of English Language.
