• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and lead generation.
• Take ownership-this role provides full autonomy to lead and manage projects independently.

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing agency (mandatory).

✔ Strong understanding of luxury branding, ideally in real estate.

✔ Passion for storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.

✔ Analytical mindset-ability to use data to refine and improve strategies.

✔ Highly organized and independent, capable of managing multiple projects.

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Additional languages are a plu
