Your Responsibilities
•Responsibility for active quality and performance management
•Setting up and leading your team of initially approx. 6 employees
•Collaboration with key external and internal business partners (e.g. HR, Sales & Operations Planning, Business Development and other Software Engineering Departments)
•Managing the monitoring, control and fulfilment of operational targets for your location on an administrative level and regularly presenting your results to the management team
•Controlling the optimization and continuous further development of processes and procedures at your location
•Preparation of software development plans and coordination of time and effort planning
•Identification of necessary resources for software projects
•Managing project risks

Your Qualifications
•Degree in computer science or related studies
•At least 5 years of management experience, technical project management background
•Experience in the management of large agile software projects with budget responsibility, stakeholder management and requirements engineering
•Safe handling of agile development processes (SCRUM, Kanban) and Collaboration Tools (Jira, Confluence)
•Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
•Strong people management & leadership skills
•Strong communication & negotiation skills
•Proven experience of risk management & mitigation
•Experience of working in a multicultural environment
•Excellent communication skills in English
