Leading multinational company end client (pharma sector) is looking for a Sharepoint Administrator for their office in Madrid.

We are currently seeking a system analyst / specialist who can help us with the support, and administration of our global IT systems at the application and business level.
Our team is part of the department Product Supply Applications, which is responsible for the management of enterprise IT systems used globally including for example systems for document management, quality management, training management, LIMS and ERP.

Your primary tasks and responsibility will be the support and maintenance of the global IT system for case handling, and the IT system for test management (HPQC) together with other system administrators. The case handling system is used by line-of-business for managing deviations, Change Controls, CAPA´s etc., whereas the HPQC system is used to manage requirements and tests when validating and qualifying other IT systems.

As a system administrator you will work closely with the end-users and super users of the systems, providing global line-of business support for daily issues, questions, requests, help etc. You will update user procedures, make configurations at the application level (not the IT platform level), organize and facilitate periodic user meetings, train users, create user accounts, etc.

You will participate in upgrade and roll-out projects of the systems, where you will update system documentation, create test protocols (OQ, PQ), organize and facilitate training with users etc. You will ensure inspection readiness and that the system and the documentation is kept up-to-date and can be presented during inspections.

Fields of responsibility

Application level support of our global IT system for case handling and test management
Training of new users, creating and maintaining user accounts at the application level
Updating and maintaining users SOPs, training material to be used in line-of-business, etc.
Organization of periodic super user meetings at global level
Configuration of the systems at the application level
Upgrading of the systems, maintaining the system documentation
Periodic system review of the systems
Participate in projects
