We are seeking a talented Service Virtualization Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and modernizing virtualization infrastructure while supporting product teams and driving service adoption. Tareas

- Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy Parasoft infrastructure on-premises and in AWS environments.

- Infrastructure Health: Maintain and modernize the service virtualization (SV) infrastructure while enhancing capability and adoption.

- Incident Resolution: Address service tickets and incidents based on Jira tickets.

- Service Virtualization Support: Assist product teams in virtualizing services to streamline their workflows.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder meetings and updates regarding service improvements and usage.


Requisitos

- 3+ years of experience in service virtualization or related fields.

- Educational Background: Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in advanced software delivery.


Service Virtualization Tools: Proficiency in Parasoft or additional tools such as:

- IBM Rational Test Virtualization.

- Broadcom CA Service Virtualization.

- Microfocus Service Virtualization.

- SmartBear ReadyAPI.

- Tricentis Tosca.

- Wiremock.

- Mountebank.

- Linux Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of Linux systems.


Desired Qualities

- DevOps Mindset: A Service Owner approach with DevOps skills.

- Technical Expertise: A technologist who excels in adopting and implementing modern tools.

- Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead "Show & Tell" sessions and communicate technical updates effectively.


Nice-to-Have Skills

- AWS knowledge.

- Automation testing experience to support automation teams.

- Proficiency in Java/Maven.

- Familiarity with tools like JMeter.
