The GTS team is the first and single point of contact for all customers using IT Services delivered by Business Technology. Its aim is to provide support to customers ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded in accordance with the demands of the business and through end to end support.

-Lead a team of GTS Analysts, engaging, empowering and enabling them to deliver a high quality and customer centric IT support experience.

-To coach, mentor and train team members under the principles of technical proficiency, customer engagement, and end to end support and to develop a culture of ownership and responsibility.

-Working with Tier 1, 2 & 3 support teams for Applications and Infrastructure to review, agree and implement permanent solutions for Problem records.

-Measuring effectiveness and productivity of GTS Analysts through goals

-Act as an escalation point for all business impacting issues (Major Incident Management) and contribute to determining the root cause of issues. Manage the process for communicating outages/emergency activities to the impacted business organizations
• Spanish is not required|Good opportunity to start a new challenge in a multicultural company
• Previous team management experience
• Ideally educated to degree level in IT and/or computing technologies
• Focused and results orientated
• Possess a committed and responsible attitude with particular focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer focused and committed to improving all aspects of the customer experience
• Excellent communication skills to build and drive positive working relationships both within the GTS team and at all levels of the business.
• Technical and customer support experience in a Pan European or Global company is desirable
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
• A broad level of skills across PC hardware and software systems
