Tasks

- Utilize modern technologies (React Native, Astro, Node.js, AWS, GraphQL, TypeScript) to actively implement and develop the product

- Design and maintain robust, high-quality software architecture

- Work within an agile team in a flat organizational structure, share product responsibilities, collaborate with other digital teams, and integrate key assets and capabilities to scale the product

- Coach and mentor peers while also learning from them

- Create new features based on customer feedback and data

- Help establish guidelines for building a durable and scalable product

- Develop mobile interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrate with existing services and ecosystem components

- Focus on optimizing performance and ensuring accessibility

- Build high-quality, testable applications with continuous integration, delivery, and automated deployments

- Collaborate with the Product Owner, peers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap

- Ensure the product meets high-quality standards and security through modern tools and processes

Requirements

- At least 5 years as a Software Architect

- Proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment, contribute to team culture, and mentor others, with a focus on inspiring and collaborative teamwork

- Strong grasp of development and operations principles, emphasizing automation and CI/CD practices

- Fluent in JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus), familiar with frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, and experienced in mobile app development with React Native is a bonus

- Skilled in developing Node.js APIs, REST, and ideally GraphQL

- Familiar with SQL databases, experience with GitHub or GitLab

- Knowledgeable in developing resilient cloud applications using Docker, preferably on AWS

- Strong interest in automated testing

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders
