• Act as a mentor of junior talents to develop their technical skills and career paths

• High-tech company specialized in providing Blockchain/Cryptocurrency services|Highly qualified international team aimed to provide best IT services
• Bachelor or above education background; Master or PhD is a strong plus
• 4+ years´ work experiences of practical development in C++
• 3+ years´ work experiences of practical development in at least one of the following databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB
• 3+ years´ work experiences of practical development in microservice architecture and relevant tools, such as ZooKeeper, Kafka, Redis, or RabbitMQ
• 3+ years´ work experiences of practical development in Docker
• Proficient in RPC frameworks API design and relevant network protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, and P2P network
• Proficient in AWS
• Experiences of cryptocurrency or blockchain is a strong plus
