• Implementation and continuation of an international SEO strategy for our 41 country websites in 27 languages
• Responsibility for the overall conception, planning, implementation, management and further development of SEO projects in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring and evaluation of implemented measures and derivation of recommendations for action for all relevant on-page and off-page SEO KPIs
• Creation of analysis, reports and presentations for various stakeholders and target groups (e.g. topic research, dashboards or training documents)
• Briefing and management of external service providers/agencies
• Carrying out competitive analyses
• Project management and coordination of cross-departmental projects. Advice on various issues relating to SEO and assistance with data-driven decision-making
• Planning and conducting SEO workshops and strategy meetings for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuous analysis of new trends and developments in the SEO scene(technologies, methods, trends)

• 5-7 years of professional experience in SEO with an international focus|English: at least C1

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics,media/communication sciences or comparable qualification
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in SEO ideally in the B2B sector and with an international focus, particularly in the following areas


-Keyword research
-Conducting SEO analyses (SEO audits) in the areas of on- and off-page and technical SEO
-Creation of SEO catalogs of measures
-Conducting content audits and developing content strategies
-E-commerce SEO
-International SEO

• Experience in using common SEO and web analysis tools, in particular Sistrix,Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Experience in successfully managing agencies/service providers and the associated budget responsibility
• Sound knowledge of common internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and confident handling of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with relaunch support
• Enjoy international collaboration, very good communication and presentation skills in English and a confident, engaging manner at all hierarchical levels
• Knowledge of other foreign languages, especially German, is a plus
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented and data-driven way of working
