We are looking for a talented Program Manager and Senior Program Manager to join the company.

You will be responsible for driving strategic projects and programs aimed to drive innovation and effectiveness in the Selection space.

In this role, you will interact with stakeholders from Business, CX, Marketing, Science and Tech teams across Europe and International to deliver improvements in key controllable inputs and in processes and metrics. You will identify, prioritize, deliver and scale projects to achieve these goals, while coordinating with several team members. You will have regular Director-level visibility and will be responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Disability Certificate|Fluency in English is a must

* 5+ years of experience in Product/Program Management, Consulting or equivalent experience.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
* Ability to earn and maintain trust from Senior Stakeholders through regular meetings and updates.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
* Innovative: loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers

* Able to prioritize complex deliverables, have technical discussions, and run large meetings with technical, ops and business leaders.
* Proven record of operational excellence and defect reduction.
* Are right, a lot: You demonstrate strong business judgment and good instincts.
* Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
* High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

This position may involve some travel both within Europe and to the US.
