• To define the strategy of IT (short, medium and long term) according with the strategy of the Group.
• To prepare the annual plan of IT for all the Group (systems, applications and services).
• To prepare and control the OpPlan (Opex and Capex).
• To support the business processes using the IT tools.
• To coordinate with the different IT responsible in the Group Operating Units the implementation of the annual plan and the strategy.
• To coordinate the different projects and tasks for the different areas of IT: Technical Applications, Business Applications, Content Applications, Infrastructure, Operations and Security.
• To coordinate with the CIO global the different projects and tasks.
• To be in contact with the other CIOs of Group to coordinate activities.
• To maintain permanent contacts with directors, head of departments and key users to identify the necessities of the users regarding IT.
• To assign priorities to the requests received from the different Operating Units.
• To coordinate the plan in the Group IT Steering Committee.
• To lead and coordinate those implementations affecting to different Operating Units.
• To define the strategy of IT regarding internal external resources.
• To define the strategy regarding services in cloud.
• To know the IT market in order to find the technologies (systems, applications, services, infrastructure) that can improve the processes in the Group.
• To look and compare suppliers in order to minimize the IT costs.
• To sign offers, contracts and invoices according with the DoA.
• To write all methodologies, policies and procedures to support the Governance of IT.
• To define the annual training plan.
• To identify and evaluate new technologies in the market to analyze the possible implementation in the company.
• To implement a permanent Risk Assessment Analysis in IT.
• To define and implement a Contingency Plan for the critical services.
• To define and implement a Disaster Recovery Plan.
• To coordinate all necessary actions with the Security Department in order to define all policies and procedures regarding the protection of the information.
• To manage and control the IT security jointly with the ISO.
• To coordinate all actions regarding the audits.
• To support the different audits where IT is involved: SOX, Cyber security, etc.
• To know all the Goup policies and procedures.
• To manage big Systems, Applications and Services implemented.
• To manage IT teams in four countries, three languages.
• Complex Opex and CAPEX.
• Working inside a big organization.

• Multinational company global leader in its sector|Madrid
• Requested Education: Engineer or IT superior studies with Master or MBA in business administration.
• Required Experience: Head of IT.
• Years of Experience: 10 years.
• Organizational and Project Management.
• Leadership.
• Communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Business Processes oriented.
• High level of English and German.
