• Lead the Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban) of the projects
• Facilitate the required ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, refinement and planning
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Coordinating with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency across the teams
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team
• Work closely with the Product Owners to build and maintain backlogs clear and prioritized
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset
• Provide updates on status/progress

• Digital Ecosystem, IoT, Agile, Software Teams
• Scrum Leadership, Team Facilitation, Continuous Improvement

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in software development or IoT.
• Certified Scrum Master and/or Kanban Practitioner.
• Experience with multicultural and international teams.
• Advanced knowledge of test automation and integration.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
