Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

• At least 2 years in sim10+ year experience in software development and coordination positions.
• Knowledge of best practices for the full software development cycle.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Demonstrated strong ability to interact closely with development software teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal driven.
• Excellent English Knowledge

• Report to the CIO.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the development teams in an agile environment, ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint, managing impediments, resolving issues and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Make sure that methodologies and organization make the most of our resources.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and the rest of the company to encourage work productivity and help implement changes effectively.
• Start conversations about business agility within the organization and support with techniques and tools (Product Discovery, design thinking, Lean UX, etc)
• Plan and adjust the team resources and capacity to ensure delivering business value in line with the company roadmap.
• Foster timely delivery of product releases according to plan.
• Communicate information about releases, versions, servers, etc. to the staff.
• Coordinate development and releases of different products, components or enablers by different teams, dealing with interdependencies.
• Train product owners and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum if needed


The Scrum Master is in accountable for ensuring that the Agile development teams deliver products with relevant business value as efficiently as possible, in line with the company strategy and roadmap. Working together with the Agile software development teams on a daily basis, facilitating the teams´ organization, creating an environment that promotes communication, motivation, constructive feedback and encourages bonding of team members.
